Since you are not using Binkley Style Outbound, I believe the error you have been mentioning is not from squish, but from what ever external (mailer?) program you are using to create the final archive for sending. If I remember correctly, squish only creates final bundles for Binkley Style Outbound. And frontdoor uses an alternate methoid. MB> I don't use a frontend mailer at all.
