Nice!  We found some beef roasts on sale the other day and got 2.  (Limit
of 2 per person) Had one and it was good!

Good.  At least this is positive!  I did something and can't walk or
stand for more then a few minutes.  Doctor ran some tests and I'm losing
blood somewhere so on Iron pills and have an ultrasound next week to see
if they can find where the missing blood is going.  He wasn't overly
concerned so I won't worry about it yet either.
