      Title: Southern Pea Salad
 Categories: Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy, Herbs
      Yield: 8 servings
 
    1/2    Yellow bell pepper; fine
           - chopped
    1/4 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
    1/4 c  Plain Greek yogurt
      1 tb Dried basil
      1 tb Fine diced red onion
      2 ts Diced pimiento
    1/2 ts Apple cider vinegar
      1 ts Sugar
    1/2 ts Seasoned salt
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Black pepper
     32 oz Peas; thawed
 
  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except peas.
  Mix well.
  
  Stir in peas until completely coated with dressing.
  
  Cover and refrigerate salad for at least 3-4 hours.
  Serve at room temperature.
