Yep, that's how she wrote it.

I like to add red pepper to the sauce too, although that doesn't
guarantee i won't also add some on top.  :-)

I prefer to make pizza sauce in the crockpot and let it simmer all
day long.  That reduces out some of the water and makes it
ultra-tangy.
