Hey all,

Recently I've started work on a BBS coded in ruby.

I'm wondering if anyone out there has had any experience doing
BBS/terminal-related ruby code?

Thus far I've got a threaded terminal server with encrypted password hashing,
ANSI colours, with an interface into an sqlite3 database file (rather than
requiring an entire DB server). This is purely an internet bbs without modem
capabilities.

Could anyone provide some feedback as to possible gotchas with ruby down the
road? Thanks.
