And he was attacked by antifa that summer, too. I was in Portland and went down to watch the 'protests' - what *I* saw at 3pm was a mostly friendly protest, but I was there with an army vet who was feeling uneasy and asked to leave... we went and got our vehicle and drove by before taking off - the line of police, in the 7 minutes we took to get to our car, started a line of officers to clear the area and teargas was going off and people were running.

Stoked that my buddy had that feeling...
