Yeah, I saw that one.  You can see Trump exiting the stage to the viewer's
left, while Jill slowly helps Joe down the short couple of steps.  They
also had another person there to assist in the event that Joe fell to the
side Jill was not on.

It is too bad Trump didn't exit in the same manner.  That would have
provided a perfect contrast.
