The zip file for Synchronet v3.19b doesn't contain sexyz:

Maybe you were referring the SBBS v3.19b upgrade zip file?

That would be the exactly same sexyz.exe that you were already running after installing Synchronet v3.19b. Exactly the same. Remember me suggesting sbbs_dev.zip and asking if you knew where to find/download it?

Please try the latest and greatest revision of sexyz.exe 3.0 for Win32 and let me know what you find.
