I do note cars DD> driving around my area with elabourate antennae clamped to the bumper, DD> or in one case, mounted on a receiver hitch where a tow-bar/hitch ball DD> for a trailer would normally reside. I saw a meme which looked like a porcupine with all the antennas on the roof...and a bumper sticker that noted "As a matter of fact, I do NOT have enough antennas on my car". DD> I dunno about other states - but Illinois allows using your call sign DD> as your vehicle licence number. I do note some of those around my area. Arkansas does allow such, and offers vanity plates that say "AMATEUR RADIO" at the bottom. To me, I'd rather not give anything tempting in information...even a ham radio bumper sticker. One bumper sticker I would like to get though is one from Operation Lifesaver, that promotes safety at railroad crossings...noting "ANY TIME IS TRAIN TIME...LOOK, LISTEN, LIVE!". DD> Be nice when he gets the Scrabble door ported to his current BBS sox. DD> I've already challenged him to a game. Bv)= Every time I played her, "she cleaned my clock". DD> Yeah, I know. We lost a Scrabble player, Richard lost a life partner. I lost my wife nearly 15 years ago, so I know what he's going through. I met her on a BBS that was run by the local college years ago, and we truly became "Married With Modem Sysops". We played each other in the doorgames, and while she was a great winner, she was a sore loser. DD> ... "But are they made from real Girl Scouts?" -- Wednesday Addams Only if they're soft brownies.
