It clearly is not that simple.  The price of oil is drastically affected 
by politics, and world events.  Much more so than with nearly any other 
commodity.

About 330, but your first statement is true enough.  To think that 
Trump, or any other US President, doesn't affect the entire world 
though, is silly.  More so than any other country/leader.
