Well, probably US and NATO have very good armies. They demonstrated it 
by bombing defenceless cities around the world. They are good to kill 
defenceless enemy in the desert after grounding its position with 
impunity. There was one real war however, in Vietnam, and  the USA ran 
away from it with a bloody nose.
