Used to it yes, not get frustrated? That's a definite no! I'm pretty patient, 
but when things are promised for a specific date and time, and I make special 
arrangements for that date and time, the date and time comes and goes with no 
arrival... then I get frustrated. Then to add insult to injury, when query "Why 
weren't you here on tuesday at 9 am as promised?" I get the response "Oh, you 
meant THIS Tuesday.. "
