You use the 'we'-word often ... the fact is 'design by committee' does not 
work. The only thing that ever brought some change to Fidonet is someone having 
an idea and developing it him/herself and then some people liking where-after 
it takes flight.
 
You sound a little bit like a consultant ... that's not necessarily meant in a 
bad way but consultants are in the business of selling wind.
 
I can't remember how old this echo is, but for the 15 or more years it has 
existed there was a lot of wind and zero result. Eventually you'll learn "the 
why" ... nobody gives a shite.
