some of the wording is a bit dated, i.e references to Mail Hour, phone numbers, 
2.2 even asks for a phone number on application and maximum baud rate!! even 
tho I know there are still some that use dial up, (how do you connect?) its not 
how MOST future and present possible applicants will be connecting to the 
(fido)Net. 

I almost thought your question was a rhetorical one.!?
