Hello, 

Apart from MultiMail, are there any other offline readers available?

I did some research, and could find Manolr, but it is still very crude and it
seems that there has been no development for it in years. 

Also TitanMail appeared as a good option for a Windows-based GUI reader, but
Andrew Pamment removed it from its website.
