I found rufus after I found Ventoy and I now have a stick loaded and ready to
go.

I have read that Arca OS has issues installing on a system where the hard dive 
has already been formated and partitioned... I have been looking at ways to 
delete a partition, some kind of utility I can add to a boot disk.
