Not sure if you have the same thing going on that I did with the install on 
vmware (I use esxi) I could not get arca to install all the way through using 
an .iso, however I burned a install dvd and voila it worked, and works awesome 
under virtualization.  I cant tell you why the .iso or usb install doesnt work 
but the dvd does.  I even tried the usb install on non vm install still wouldnt 
work..
