For who?  End users - vote with your feet.  I've had native IPv6 with Internode
for 10 years.  There's a couple of other ISPs that support it, even Telstra
mobile (I configured my wifi hotspot to get IPv6 addresses).

For BBSs?  Modern software such as Mystic and Synchronet supports IPv6 out of
the box.  Just needs to be appropriately configured.  VPS providers also seem
to support IPv6 more and more.
