If Rob Starr was getting his feed from the former RC of region 15 (TJ Barlow), 
then it's possible the feed has been temporarily disconnected while TJ fixes 
his system. I'm not sure why he had to remove his uplinks, but seems like he 
may have done so.

If you need a new temporary (or permanent) link/feed, let me know and I can 
help you out.
