I've never heard of Hatch Chilies before, but we do have "green chilies" in the 
grocery store here, I'll have to see if they're the same thing.  (Or if they 
could be used as a substitute).

Reminds me of when we visited Chicago a few years back and I got the classic 
Chicago dog several times complete with "sport" peppers.  Nope, can't find 
those in Canada at all (at least anywhere I've looked).
