If they're in a can, don't bother with them. They will have no taste or flavor 
at all. Although if they are the Hatch brand, they aren't quite as bad. Nothing 
beats freshly roasted Hatch green chilies. :)

Oh, I haven't had a Chicago dog in years... They are so good. I'm not sure what 
type of pepper they use on those, but they do have a lot of flavor, and just a 
bit of bite to them.

Now, I'm gonna have to look and see what I can find about those peppers... ;)
