And like an actual boiling frog, if it's more expensive than people are willing 
to pay, they jump out and go elsewhere.

Though it's also interesting with McDonald's and their app, where you can get a 
variety of cheaper (even free) things, if you're willing to put up with a 
variety of things.

But when the economists look at it, it's basically finding a way to still get 
the low-income customers while being able to charge the higher-income customers 
more.
