Don't quote me, but I think that is there as a place holder for a future 
expansion.

Personally, I'd like to see something like the WWIV and VBBS WFC screens 
showing up to the moment information about the BBS (Free space on the files 
drives, user count, Total posts, new posts that day, if there is any sysop 
feedback waiting, things like that).
