I've drive a handful of Opel models, which ranged from Chevette whips to
autobahn machines.

Wildest was a special Kadette done for the Kripo, which on the 'bahn was in
the 220 kph plus range.  Sleeper. as it looked stock but was far from it.

One of my bosses had a Rekord that went reasonably well.

In the UK we had company Vauxhauls which were Opels rebranded.  The big Omega
was reasonable.
