I enjoyed it also.  It isn't quite as iconic to me as the originals, but I also 
didn't watch it when I was 8 years old, which I think makes a pretty big 
difference. :)

I'm curious if kids growing up now will have different preferences in the 
series.  I remember when the Star Wars prequels were released and "public 
opinion" online was that they were terrible - 20 years later the opinions I 
read have sure changed a lot!  Turns out now a lot of people have fond memories 
of those movies.
