I gave in some time back. 

  The holiday specials were good, I quite liked the war doctor one but it just 
got to be too much stuff and felt like a little too much pandering for me. 

  I grew up with Tom Baker too, so we had a board game and I can remember my 
cousin had some question mark lapel pins. People would try and make the K9 dog 
but I don't know it just feels like there came a point of jumping the shark 
with it as regeneration became a forever thing.
