Subj : Falcon's Eye is a pain in my eye

Can any of you guys who have gotten FE up and running give me a hand here? 
I've followed the serup instructions on the wiki and was able to get BRE
running smoothly (Man that brings back memories) and I've follwed the
instructions for Falcon's Eye but I can't get it to work.  I can run Falcon's
Eye locally in a CMD window and all's well but when I try and run it through
the BBS, I see the CMD window come up and then the system freezes.

I'm running Synchronet 3.15b on a Windows 7 (32bit) system.
