I got an email this morning saying one of my local guitar stores (Apple Music
Row in Portland, Oregon) is closing after 40 years because they're retiring.
I'm a little sad to see a locally-owned store closing, and a bit surprised
since they've been there so long (I'd hope they would have found new owners to
carry on the store). There are a few couple other local guitar stores in my
area that I know of, but this one was one of the bigger ones. I bought a guitar
(a G&L Comanche) from this store last year.
