Planet Connect was amazing... we had that in my old net, Net 252. Everyone 
chipped in to the Hub's monthly cost for it. 

What was interesting is that they could toss to one singular address and 
everyone could just grab that either off the dish or an innovative thing at 
the time called "FTP transfer". Planet would just bomb everything into one
huge packet, I think including Usenet and Tic stuff into one address and
everyone was welcome to leech it.
