Hell yes.

Voyager is *much* closer to episodic than a serial, but its overarching plot
is stronger than TNGs, as it involves them being stuck in the Delta Quadrant,
trying to get back home, and that's always a factor in every decision that
gets made, and really, the whole crew's survival (though in the spirit of TNG,
it's not anywhere as desperate as it could be from that description, heh.)
