mega.exe just needs the drop file path so:

mega.exe c:\path\to\door.sys

I use dosemu so my mystic dir is mapped to d:. Here is my full bat file

@echo off
cls
d:
cd \doors\mega77
mega.exe d:\temp%1\door.sys

The in mystic I run mega.bat %3
