You would post it into your Netmail base and address it to AreaFix at your uplink's network address. Probably the easiest way to do it if you're using Mystic is to go into your Message Base Editor and highlight the SCISTATS base, then enter /U to Unsubscribe. If your network is configured properly Mystic will automatically generate and send the Areafix request to unsubscribe for you, and it will also offer to remove the message base for you too.
