I think that's just because other IGMs haven't been tested well enough to
prove that they don't alter the game too much. And that's also exclusive to
league 77.

I don't know what 4.08 offers that you can't do in 4.07 but the attack and
defend strength stuff in 4.07 ruins the game for me. I think 4.06, with its
flaws, is the pinnacle of LORD.
