That would be the most-recent doctor, 13th I think.

Where to get started depends on whether or not you have a streaming service
that offers Dr. Who.  A friend got me started with the revival that started
with the 9th Doctor.  I felt that was a good starting place.  I have since
gone back and watched episodes with previous doctors.  I don't have
streaming like she did so, once I was on my own watching, I just watch
whatever they are re-running on BBC America.
