Sincerely, I do not see any scandal.

OK, yes, that was the same referee (and the same VAR team ?) 
than Germany-France when noone sees a clear penalty on M'Bappe, 
when the harsh german fouls are not given, but in a fair 
refereeing I would not understand if no penalty were given for 
Lovren's fault.
