It was apparent that Disney was somehow caught "unaware" how popular baby Yoda
would be.  When Mandalorian first premiered last year it took awhile for all
them merch to hit the stores.

I just hope as we start to dive into season 2 that baby Yoda hijinks don't
dominate the story.  Yeah he's cute, and yeah finding his home is the main
story arch -- I just enjoy all the other characters as well.  "Oh look at the
cute/funny thing baby Yoda did" could become tiresome. We shall see I guess.
