Sounds like you had fun, I was never any good at running at school and never
got any better lol, I once tried to run a 5 mile train with a friend and
nearly died after the 1st mile lol.

 Vk> increments between each run).  After that, off to the gym to do a 1 hour

Sounds like some punishment but hopefully it was enjoyable =)
