Hmm, I dont! My experience has been it should just work.

Double check your MTU - it should be 1400. I had to lower it otherwise packet
fragmentation was an issue for me. (It defaults at 2800). But I did that
months ago when I set it up. 

I belive the mail is flowing easily between me Christian, so I would have
thought it should just work for everybody.

There's a network test tool that I can install (the name escapes me at the
minute) - but we could use it to test. When I find it, I'll give instructions
on setting up a server/client so that you can do a network test, and see if
that times out.
