Those are some excellent ideas and plans that will certainly help WWIV appeal 
to even more people.  It is already unique in that it is open source, but 
having the ability to source code mod and change lots of cosmetic things 
without re-compiling is a major bonus!

The more tinkering abilities, the better.  It gives lots of flexibility that 
people will certainly enjoy.
