at the moment, i have python scripts, one in python 2, and another in python 3.
they have only been tested on linux. i will clean it up a bit then put it up on
github so that anyone else can try it out on their wwiv.

you will also have to add the IBBSDAT sub from @60 or the FSX_DAT echo on
fsxNet.

the scripts work by reading in the SUB .dat file and extracting the IBBS
lastcaller data from matching messages encoded in rot13. these are then written
out along with a header and footer to the network directory in a "laston.txt"
file.

you can also write your own program to output to the "laston.txt" file in the
network directories.
