i've been working a bit more on ibbs-extract3.

this new version doesn't read the message.dat file directly, because it would  
lead to false entries. deleted messages are still read because of the way WWIV  
stores message data and merely unlinks deleted messages from the GAT.

i also renamed it to ibbs-extract3.py to make it easier to use in windows.
