The concurrent connection option in WWIVD.  Is this per IP address? 

I have a situation that I though was related to instance.dat where when an  
external caller is connected, I am unable to connect.

Not certain if this is a change in the way wwivd handles incoming calls, or the 
 way my DMZ is setup.

The logs show me that the following:

2023-04-21 00:33:35,218 INFO  [7180] Invoking Command Line (Win32):./bbs -XT 
-H2016 -N1 --v=3
2023-04-21 00:34:34,130 ERROR Allowing connections we can't determine the  
remote peer.
2023-04-21 00:34:34,141 INFO   BUSY (Concurrent Limit Reached): ???


I haven't tried this externally to my LAN or DMZ yet, but am hoping that it's  
my DMZ, and that I'm able to have at least a few concurrent callers.
