If Local Chat has been configured to display channels on enter (chat.ini  
setting 1). A list of channels will be displayed with the option to "Q"uit.  If 
 Quit is chosen, you don't quit, you will enter a chat room that appears to  
issolated. If 2 differnt users also select "Q" and enter the mystery chat room, 
 they can't talk to each other.
