Yeah I did, but he's busy with things and suggested that I connect with the
community for answers.

BUT, I figured out what the issue was and was able to transmit an email and
request my first message subscription.

Thank you for replying.  It's been really quiet around here lately and I'm
hoping that the BBS Community isn't dying out.
