I took my Fiesta ST to the dealership last week for a long overdue service. 
Being a visiting nurse, I always took advantage of their "The Works" package as 
they often send me a coupon to have the oil changed, the tires rotated and 
fluids topped off for $39.00.  They also do an inspection of brakes, battery 
etc., and print out a report.  When my car was ready I went to drive off and 
noticed a gash on the rear aspect of my side skirt / rocker panel near the 
jacking area.  It was definitely done during the service as I wash my car 
frequently and had done so the day before.  I had the service clerk come out 
and take a look and she took a picture with her cell phone to show the service 
manager.  Now it gets better... I had curbed my right rear wheel last week 
downtown New Bedford making a quick right hand turn.  You know that sinking 
feeling and "Oh Shit!" moment when you do this and I checked it out at my next 
patient visit.  Could have been worse but I have touch up paint for the wheels 
so I was going to fix it yesterday.  Then I came to the realization that the 
wheel was in the same location and never got rotated.  I suspect the tech 
panicked and either never did any rotation whatsoever or bailed out and didn't 
do one side of the car.   I also reviewed my itemized service report and they 
didn't put full synthetic oil in the car like I usually get which means they 
regressed back to regular oil after the car has been on a synthetic diet ever 
since I got it.  So, I have not heard back from them and now I am going to have 
to stand ground and tell them that I paid for stuff that wasn't done and 
sustained some damage in the process.  What's really fucked up is that I have 
never had anything but a wonderful experience from this place and now it seems 
one slacker is making it difficult for everyone else.
