My car's suspension is quite harsh. Two remedies are to 1) smaller wheel 
/taller tire and 2) adjustable coilovers. You can adjust some of the harshness 
out as well as lower the suspension a bit. I don't want to be slammed and want 
the springs to work well but dropping an inch or two won't hurt ;)
