It looks like Kia is trying to compete with the Subaru Crosstrek. The new 2021 
Seltos is a bit of a Land Rover ripoff with a 1.6 L turbocharged motor, a 7 
speed dual clutch gear box and a locking center differential. It's quite 
offroad worthy with the exception of ground clearance as the Crosstrek has 8.7 
inches and I think the Kia has about 7.3 inches but fear not, someone will have 
a lift kit for it. Readylift has lift kits for the Crosstrek and a couple of 
Kias so, to be continued..... 

I will be test driving the new Crosstrek sport with the 2.5L engine, the Kia 
Seltos and the Mazda CX 30. The Mazda is just not pretty in my eyes but I will 
be driving everything in this size range.
