LOL My girlfriend at the time her father B> had a shop so we would get him to mount the bald tires on rims and we B> would then go to the school parking lot start doing a Brake Rev and just B> sit there till we hurt the tires explode! The shop teacher whose class B> faced the parking lot use to come out and laugh at the idiots destroying B> tires! LOL I remember doing that on the High School parking lot - minus the blowing the tires part. So many of us were doing it, they were going to ban everyone from parking on the lot. B> Those chargers are really quick, drove a friends a couple of years back B> and was really impressed.. The Scat pack is just plain unreal, the other B> Challenger can't remember what they call it that had nothing but a drivers B> seat and rollbar with like 800 horse was an animal!! NOW, wanna get really B> freaky? The new Hummer Electric we just got one in at my dealer, $120g B> took that thing for a blast down the road, that thing is really quick!! B> They are doing a equal to 1000 horsepower one for like $150g, we don't B> have one coming in but if we get one I will definitely take that one out.. B> LOL I hate the idea of electric cars, I really do but now this is 2 B> Electric cars I have driven that have impressed me, the first was the Kia B> EV6 I took that on the NYS thruway for a blast had it up to around 110 in B> a matter of seconds. When I was heading back I was asked at a traffic B> light what kind of car it was and I couldn't say because it still had not B> been released and I was driving it with the black padding on it so you B> couldn't see what was underneath.. Yeah, I have never driven a V6 that had that much power. My brother sold his scat pack, but I still have my Charger. I have heard that about electric vehicles.. I have never driven one, but been in a Telsa before. The tech is cool - I am just still stuck on the retro motors. I would rather buy more older vechicles and get them back on the road. B> LOL I am done with getting cars. I will keep my little Kia Sportage my B> wife drives, and I just replaced my 19 Terrain with another 19 Terrain, B> one of my mechanics t-boned my last one in the parking lot with a Yukon, B> 20g worth of damage to my Terrain but only 3g to the Yukon~!! Same here, unless I was to buy more old cheap cars. When I buy cars, I keep them forever. It is a challenge to me to keep them on the road. I like to work on them when needed, and you end up learning mechincal things along the way. The main thing is to always have spare vehicles in case one is having issues, you are not rushed into fixing it right away. - Mark :.: Weather Station BBS ú telnet://bbs.weather-station.org :.: :.: http://www.weather-station.org/bbs ú Bel Air, Maryland - USA :.: ÿÿÿÿÿÿ --- WWIVToss v.1.52 * Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (11:1/101.0) .
