That's an interesting behavior, hehe.  I wouldn't want to do that; my electric  
bill is too scary.  I have a full 42U rack of equipment, three fridges, a  
standalone freezer, eight PCs and a bunch of other misc stuff.  Though it did  
come down A LOT when I switched back to Met-Ed from NRG as my provider.  I had  
gotten a great rate from NRG, but it creeped back up over the years and I never 
 compared.  Halved my bill switching back.

Gotta love how they punish loyal, long time customers with crap rates while  
giving the best to lure in new people.  (sigh)
