Yeah, there's a disk image util called NT Password Reset that blanks out the  
Admin password for you. Don't try to set it to something, just let it make it  
blank, then login and set the password in Windows.

When I did a duckduckgo search for NT Password Reset, the actual page for the  
disk image was first (which hasn't been updated in like 10 years) followed by  
a "How to reset Win 10 passwords with NTPasswd" page.
